Cancellation Policy: If for any reason a mission participant cancels his/her participation, the mission participation fee ($500) will be refunded up to 30 days prior to the start of the mission. The market research and appointment setting fee will not be refunded. If the participant decides to travel at a future date, appointment setting services will be made by the Trade Offices at no extra charge assuming the trip takes place within six months of the original mission date.
